Program overview:

A six-month, mentor-led bootcamp designed for designers and creative professionals. Each month focuses on a core area of design collaboration, with structured live workshops, team projects, and portfolio-ready assignments in Figma and FigJam. Students work in cohorts of 20–30 learners, supported by instructors and mentors.

4 Team Collaboration & Feedback Culture Improve team communication, critique, and feedback delivery skills. Design review simulations, collaborative board building, async feedback practice. Critique session notes, collaborative review board.
5 Personal Branding & Design Identity Define personal brand, build design identity, create brand assets. Brandboard design, peer brand reviews, personal narrative workshops. Brandboard, mini brand guideline deck.
6 Capstone Project & Showcase Apply skills in a full-scale team project; present to a live audience. Project planning, group design sprints, live showcase prep. Final project, recorded showcase presentation.
